This is our flooring with the widest range of uses and our bestseller. We recommend Fitness Pro / Fitness Pro Eco 7mm for “light” and “heavy” Fitness activities. With the extra impact resistance, the flooring can be used with heavy equipment and in free weight areas, but not with Olympic dumbbells. Fitness Pro / Fitness Pro Eco is also our standard flooring for functional training.
