PaviFlex is an important producer of vulcanized gym flooring in Spain. We have been producing high-quality rubber products for 40 years.

▶  We don’t use granulate from old tyres. The flooring has a closed surface, doesn’t absorb water or sweat, and is easy and hygienic to clean.

▶ Our flooring is designed for intensive use. With a very high density of up to 1,450 kg/m3, our flooring is more durable than most on the market. Our compact rubber flooring lasts 2 to 4 times longer than average granulate flooring. Developing products with a long life cycle is our contribution to reducing our CO2 footprint.

▶ The range of colours is wide. With our “Premium” colours, we can produce nearly any colour, including wood and marble imitations.

▶ Our “Eco” range is available in black and grey bases. We can add different colour flakes. We recycle approximately 50% of these products using our own rubber waste. The price/performance ratio is extremely good, and it is our second contribution to reducing our CO2 footprint.

▶ We customise the flooring according to your request, with logos or markings for functional training.

▶ The 1m x 1m tiles have a high-quality interlock system. No glue is required.
