ACTION
PaviFLEX ACTION was developed specifically for group classes like Zumba®, Body Pump®, Step, and any other activities that require specific grip, resistance, and durability. Additionally, this flooring provides shock absorption to prevent injuries.
You can use this flooring with light dumbbells. However, for universal use in group training and other “light” fitness activities (e.g., spinning), we recommend our 5mm fitness flooring. Please take a look at our Fitness/Cardio flooring for more flexibility.
The flooring is a two-layer system. The bottom layer is a soft EVA layer with a thickness of 7mm. The top layer is a 5mm layer of compact rubber, providing the mentioned characteristics. No glue is required, neither between the layers nor between the floor and the first layer, except when an underfloor heating system is present. Both layers feature a four-sided puzzle interlocking system.

The surface is resistant to fitness equipment marks (steps, dumbbells, etc.) and is supported by an expanded rubber base composed of millions of air bubbles to provide the best performance. The surface of ACTION by PaviFLEX offers optimal balance traction, providing a perfect balance for athletes to avoid sliding or braking during aerobic exercises. Training on ACTION by PaviFLEX feels comfortable like a cloud and firm like wood, ensuring security in the performance of all exercises.
Installation and Maintenance
ACTION by PaviFLEX is easy to install with no need for glue. It is delivered in four-sided puzzle tiles that can be interlocked on any plain and solid surface. The tiles are cut in-house with new automatic water machines, guaranteeing the perfection of the puzzle interlocking.
Maintaining ACTION by PaviFLEX is simple. The products are waterproof and do not absorb sweat, making them easy to clean with water and neutral soap. Regular cleaning can be done with standard non-abrasive cleaning products available in any store.
Additionally, PaviFLEX offers endless customization options. The flooring can be personalized with any logo or marking, and they can develop any color you wish if it is not available in their extensive color chart.
